Can I order any goods from the UK?

There are certain restrictions ie, you must not order any perishable goods as the transportation is not refrigerated. Nor can you order any goods with a hazard symbol ie, flammable, toxic etc.

How long will my delivery take?

  1. Delivery from the UK shop to our warehouse is entirely dependant on the UK shop.
  2. From receipt of your goods in our UK warehouse, delivery to our Spanish warehouse should be no longer than 7 to 10 days.
  3. Onward shipping in Spain should be no longer than 3 days.

What happens if I need to return goods?

  1. Easy Shop UK will not be liable for any goods which cannot be returned to the UK shop for any reason.  It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to always check the returns policy of each website/shop.
  2. Should you need to return any item, it will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the original supplier (shop/website).  As our transport arrangement is by bulk to Spain, the cost to return any one item may be excessive.  At which point, the item could be posted back to the original supplier at your cost and if exchanged, a second haulage charge and any delivery within Spain would be charged to the customer.  Please contact us for help and advice should this situation arise.

Are there any weight restrictions?

Within reason, no, as our carriage charges are based on volume not weight.

Can I shop at more than one UK shop using the same Easy Shop order form?

Yes, simply click on the shop you wish to order from and browse.  When you have made your choice, fill in our Easy Shop order form and then click on the next shop in the mall to continue shopping.

Do I have to register with each UK shop?

No, once you have registered with Easy Shop, simply fill in our order form and email it to us.  We will do the rest.

How will I know when my order has arrived in Spain?

We will contact you via email to confirm that your order has arrived at our Spanish warehouse.

What if an item I have ordered is not in stock?

When Easy Shop place your order with the UK shop, we will be informed if an item is not in stock.  We will contact you via email stating the amended total of your purchase.

Can I shop at a UK shop which isn’t on the Easy Shop mall?

Yes, providing your goods are not dangerous, perishable or illegal (see our Terms and Conditions).  Simply click on google_search.gif on the Easy Shop order form.
